About Chino Valley, Arizona
Chino Valley sits at about 4,700 feet in Yavapai County, 15 miles north of Prescott on SR 89. It was the site of Arizona's first territorial capital: in 1864 the territorial government worked out of tents and log cabins at Camp Whipple near Del Rio Springs before moving to Prescott. The town incorporated in 1970 and is home to about 13,000 people.
What's behind the walls in Chino Valley
Chino Valley is mostly larger lots with site-built ranch homes, manufactured homes and newer subdivisions. Many rural homes run on private wells with pressure tanks, and water lines often run long distances from the well to the house. December and January lows average about 21 degrees, so those lines see real freezes.

Get Help in Chino Valley(833) 937-0179Cold, dry winters and summer storms
Chino Valley is cooler and drier than much of Yavapai County because of its height and valley setting. It gets only about 7 inches of snow a year, but hard freezes are frequent. Most of its rain comes from summer monsoon storms, when water can pool on flat lots and run into garages and crawl spaces.

Why homeowners in Chino Valley call us
Fast first response
We get water out first, because speed limits damage and mold.
Straight answers
We tell you what's covered, what isn't and what it should cost.
Clean job sites
Containment and floor protection keep dust out of the rest of the house.
Follow-through
We check readings daily and keep you posted until the job is closed.
From wet to dry, step by step
Water rarely stays where you see it. It runs under baseboards, into cabinet toe-kicks, under raised floors and across the slab, so we trace it with meters before we pull anything. Then we extract, set containment if needed, and dry until each material reaches its target reading.
How much will this cost?
Insurance often pays for sudden damage like a burst supply line, so your out-of-pocket cost may be your deductible. Without coverage, typical drying runs $1,000 to $5,000. We put the scope and price in writing after an on-site look.
